Today the Moon in Cancer makes a sextile to Uranus in Taurus just as Mercury ingresses back into Aquarius. Uranus may uncover or dislodge feelings that have been held deep in the body, and although Mercury is still retrograde, as it leaves Pisces, our thinking or communication may feel less burdened with the weight of our personal or collective emotional experiences. Mercury then makes a sextile to Venus in the final degrees of Aries, emboldening us to say what needs to be said in our relationships. How can you speak up for your own needs and desires while also reflecting on the big picture of what you have built together? Venus then ingresses into its domicile of Taurus. Venus in Taurus grounds us in experiences of shared pleasure, luxuriating in our sensual experiences of ourselves and those we love. Finally, the Moon in Cancer opposes Mars in Capricorn. Both are in places of dignity—the Moon in its domicile and Mars in the sign of its exaltation. Mars in Capricorn describes the drive to accomplish and succeed, the ambition and the discipline to do the work that’s necessary to achieve what we set out to do.
