I am currently offering 90-minute sessions.
In general, a session will begin with settling into the space and using simple techniques for shifting into an intentional state of mind and body. We'll then spend a little time talking so that I can learn more about you and what brought you to this work. From there, our conversation will move into a reading, working with either astrology or tarot to develop perspectives and insights to support you in your life right now. My approach to readings is very conversational and collaborative, bringing these resources together with you to facilitate compassionate examination and critical thinking about your life, questions, problems, decisions, or the world in which we are living. When time allows, the session will typically conclude with integrating this information back into body using guided meditation.

At the time of booking a consultation, please indicate if you are interested in working with astrology or tarot. There are more details below about the information I will need in order to incorporate astrology that is particular to you.

Please note: Although various forms of predication are part of what I can offer using astrological techniques, "telling the future" is not the primary focus of my work. Rather, I am passionately invested in assisting you in exploring your own insights, possibilities, agency, and self-determination. When I incorporate timing techniques into working with astrology, it is in order to identify possibilities and periods of potentiality in one's life so that you might move well with the cosmic currents within which you are situated.

I am a devoted advocate for subtlety and curiosity, particularly as we live through extreme times with deep stakes in bids for certainty. This work is oriented toward developing self-awareness, becoming intimate with your own experiences, and creating meaning with which to enrich your living. We work together to generate more possibilities for what you might notice, consider, value, and develop, rather than limiting who you might become or where your life might take you.

For folks who want to work with astrology as part of your session:

I will need you to provide the following information at the time of booking, no less than a week in advance:
-Birth date
-Exact time of birth
-City where you were born
In order to work with the natal chart—which is a map of the sky at the moment that you were born that functions as the basis of traditional and modern horoscopic astrology—all three pieces of information are necessary.
For people who do not have access to their exact time of birth: we can still work with your chart in a more general way—considering the lunation phase and the positions of the planets when you were born—but with less information about how those factors might show up in specific areas of your life (home, family, relationships, finances, career, etc.).
