Venus has strength and dignity in Libra, which we will need as we move into this confrontation. Venus square Pluto asks us to confront our shame—particularly around our desires and pleasures, the dark and hidden places within our own sexualities—as well as the secrets we’ve been keeping in our relationships. The Queen of Love and Pleasure is locked in potential conflict with the Lord of the Underworld, and this is a power struggle that can make or break our most meaningful bonds. This aspect asks us to trust our partners and our loved ones with those parts of ourselves that we are convinced make us unlovable. As long as we withhold the places where we hide our shame, we undermine our access to worthiness, because we do not give others the opportunity to show us that our whole selves can be loved and accepted.
